Who CENTRED supports

My clients are midlife women who need simple solutions, they are often suffering from the pressures and stresses of a full, busy life often with their own health at the bottom of a long list. They come to me at CENTRED where we work together to establish a sustainable approach to their work/life balance and to improve their health, fitness and emotional wellbeing.

A Level 5 Certified Health Coach with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), recognised by the NHS PCI (Personalised Care Institute) and Level 3 Personal Trainer you can have peace of mind that you’re in the safest of hands.

Hi, I’m Vicki, the founder of CENTRED.

After 30 years working in the health and wellbeing space, I have taken everything I’ve learnt to build a holistic health and fitness coaching business for women like us. Designed to improve your overall wellbeing around the three CENTRED pillars - mood, moves and food.
