Hi, I’m Vicki - founder of CENTRED
After 30 years working in the health and wellbeing space, I’ve taken everything I’ve learned to create CENTRED, holistic coaching designed specifically for busy women who want to improve energy, build strength and maintain weight loss in midlife.
The CENTRED approach is built around the three pillars:
