The Simply Strong & CENTRED approach

This is a holistic approach to better understand how you can tweak areas of your everyday lifestyle to benefit your future health & wellness.

It will incorporate advice & support through the 3 foundational pillars of health & what sits within each of these.

~Simple MOOD: Mindset, stress, sleep, habits & goal setting

~Simple MOVES: Steps, resistance training, building strength, stretching & core

~Simple FOOD: Nutrition, meal planning, macro balancing, hydration & weight management.

    No minimum term - No cancellation fee

    1:1 Health & fitness coaching sessions

    60 min session

    To include Personal training & health coaching to the individual either in person at The Granary Studio in North Yorkshire or online.
